All options on the table. Attacking Iran is technically an option. Draw your own conclusions.

Now I don't really think BushCo is gonna start bombing Iran. Our military is stretched thin enough as it is. But given this administrations history, I gotta admit, I am a bit nervous.

In other news, Terri Schiavo's parents were awarded an emergency stay today. I have mixed feelings about this case. On one hand, I fully support assisted suicide and the right to die with dignity. On the other hand, there is nothing in writing indicating Terri's wishes. Terri's husband is pushing for the removal of her feeding tube, claiming that she didn't want to be kept alive artificially. But he also currently lives with his girlfriend and their children, and stands to make a hefty chunk of change when Terri dies.

So, what to do? Personally, I don't think the husband should have any legal say in Terri's case. He has moved on with his life and is in a common law marriage with another woman. I think he forfits his rights. There should be such a thing as a common law divorce.

OMG! Its a Gay!!

The blogosphere is all aflutter with the Jeff Gannon saga. I'm not even going to link because its freaking everywhere. Check Americablog.com for the latest. The vast majority of posts I've seen on the topic boil down to "Homo! He's a big homo! Homo homo homo! Homo for PAY even!!"
Seems our esteemed white house reporter Mr. Gannon has (or had) websites advertising his services as a male escort for men. All the while churning out pro-GOP, anti-gay news for Talon.

My question- who the fuck cares? I mean really, so what? So he's another self hating homo sucking BushCo's dick. *yawn* Don't get me wrong, I'm all for outing those of his ilk, but why is so much time being spent on the gay escort thing? That's not the story here. The story is that a guy with NO CREDENTIALS got access to the white house on a regular basis. I don't care if he takes it up the butt. I care that some partisan jackass off the street can gain access to the president while journalists that you know, actually ARE journalists get the shaft.
