- Went out and got Drunk last night. Notice the capital d. Its there for a reason, lol. Eth came over and we hit Jiggers for dinner. It was happy hour. I got happy. And surprisingly have no hang over to speak of. Go me! I text messaged Sat night girl in my drunken stupor. Apparently she's still planning on being at Donny's tonight, so its on, lol. I called Amy and Barb too, to see if they'd go. They said they would, but I'm kinda doubting it. Would be cool tho, I haven't seen them in ages. I miss all my old Z buddies.

- Blah. Yup, that pretty much sums up my opinion of today. Went to Images and Pegs last night. The whole bar scene is gettin real tired, lol. Same thing every week. Drinks at Images, much laughing and singing along with the karaoke queens, then to Pegs for a little ass shakin, then back home. Yee haw. I got chatted up by another member of the just-turned-21 crowd. What the fuck is that about? I mean, don't get me wrong, its a big ol ego boost, but seriously, I'm 31 years old. There's like this major shortage of lesbians in their early 30s apparently, cuz I never seem to find em. Ah well. The younguns keep me occupied. And I always have the boys for a little extra ego boost when needed. I so understand the whole fag hag phenomenon. I'd be one if I was straight. Don't think the term applies to me since Im a big dyke.
Think I'm stayin home tonight. Was supposed to go to Pegs with Kev and his new boy, but don't particularly feel like playing 3rd wheel tonight. And besides, its supposed to get nasty out. So home for me. Going to Donny's tomorrow tho to check out what the deal is with the Sat night girl. I'd like to get to know her better. We'll see what happens.

- Went to see Alix Olson last night with Smouse and Rach. Was very cool. I was proud of my Pittsburgh people. There were a couple outside the club handing out fliers protesting Alix's support of Mich Fest in light of the anti-trans policy they have. They were very low key, no hollering, just handing. Alix actually spoke of the issue during her show, which I thought was pretty cool. Her thoughts are much like mine- she's not sure if she agrees with the policy, but she can't imagine not doing Mich Fest. I personally think that as long as ya don't have a penis, you should be welcome in woman-only space, but I'm not willing to boycott the fest either. There are few enough spaces in the world where women can gather and be safe and I don't want to see the grandmammy of em all die because of one policy, as unfair as I think it is. So NE way, yeah, Alix rocks. Got myself a CD and a Tshirt. Had Alix sign my CD, this time to me alone, LOL. (Last time I had her sign one for me and the ex. Lost that one in the divorce). Oo, and we got a pic with her. That one's goin on my wall. Assuming I don't look like an ass, LOL. Nothing much else of interest. Haven't called either of the girls from last week. I figure as far as Thursday night girl goes, the ball's in her court. And Sat night girl might be seeing someone, so I'm just gonna go to Donny's Saturday night and check the scene. If she's there alone I'll see if I'll ask her what "kinda" means. I'm hoping that means "we went out a couple times, but I recently blew her off so why don't we go out sometime?" Heh. What are the chances? Ah well, such is the life of a single lesbian. Goin out tonight so maybe I'll find a new prospect or two. I'm getting pretty good at finding them, now I just have to work on the follow through ;o)
